Saint Patrick's Day 2021 will be different this year, but it can still be delectable! With Covid numbers on the rise, many cities in lockdown or with early curfews, worries about social distancing and crowding, why not skip the restaurant or bar this year completely? This year, you can cook along with Internationally trained pastry chef and world-renowned vegan food innovator, Courtenay Olivarez. During this virtual 3 hour cook-along, you'll be creating a delicious 3 course Plant Based meal from scratch. You'll learn how to craft delicious appetizer, roast with all the fixings, and a delectable dessert all from simple plant based foods. Live class will begin at 12 noon CST on Sunday, March 14th. Recipes, suggested wine/beer pairings, and instructions will be provided after registration. Class is non-refundable, but a recording of the class will be provided to anyone who purchases the class and is unable to attend.
